I am an Introvert, a recovering perfectionist, a perpetual student and a starry-eyed believer in Possibility. I’m dog-mom to Murphy, the Wonder-Doodle, and am completely spoiled by his love and affection!

I enjoy cycling, kayaking, walking my neighborhood, and practicing yoga. I strive to live my life with courage and authenticity and to inspire others to do the same.

Anita has achieved board certification from the Center for Credentialing and Education and the Institute for Life Coach Training.

First of all, I’m better at “being” than at “doing.” I am a wife, happily married to the same man for 31 years. I am the mother of two adult daughters who are two of my greatest gifts. I am a daughter and sister, true friend, dreamer and lover of life and all its possibilities. I am a writer and poet wanna be.

I’m an INFP and Enneagram One. I am a quilt maker and textile artist. I am a half marathon runner, currently working my way back in the miles after being sidelined by injury...wish me luck!
